Finished DNA extractions from Sept. 7

  • Orange liquid after tissue lysis:
    • C4_1
    • W1_3
      W1_1 very
      W1_4

      W1_2

  • 1st centrifuge: 6000rpm for 2 min; 8000 rpm for a min
  • Shared elution tubes between AW1 and AW2
  • 2 elutions at 100 uL each with AE
    • 1st: 1 min
    • 2nd: 5 min
